Mime(s) of the Day

Paneh Mime Ministries
Pastors Timothy and Chandra Midgette

In Hebrew, the word Paneh {paw-neh'} means "In his presence".

The mission of Paneh Mime Ministry:
To usher in the very presence of God through mime-dance. For in the presence of God there is fullness of joy, and at his right hand, there are pleasures forever more (Psalm 16:11).

The ministerial and business visionaries of Paneh Mime Ministries, Timothy and Chandra Midgette, have ministered to thousands around the globe. These trailblazers are the founders of The Paneh Center of Durham, a facility that enhances and equips dance-mime ministries throughout North Carolina. These instructional, hands-on workshops have catapulted the birth of countless mime ministries across the nation and abroad. During a recent mission trip to Fiji, God allowed Paneh to introduce the ministry of mime to people of Fiji. As a result, several churches in Fiji have embraced mime as a part of their arts ministry.

Timothy and Chandra served as youth pastors for several years. Recently, God ordered their steps to begin a new work -- Kingdom Builder's Christian Center in Durham, North Carolina. God continues to use these "preacher-mimers" as an outreach to the youth and young adults in North Carolina and abroad. Pastors Tim and Chandra are committed to the educational and spiritual growth and development of Now Generation.

The Paneh Mime husband and wife team silently ministers the word of God through dramatic gestures and animated facial expressions. Each ministry presentation ministers a message of salvation, deliverance, and hope. The goal of the ministry is to lift up the name of the Lord, so that He would draw all men unto himself.

Paneh has traveled throughout the United States as well abroad. God has blessed this ministry to minister overseas in England and the Fiji Islands. God has opened doors for this ministry to minister on the same platforms as Kirk Franklin, Shirley Caesar, Luther Barnes, Norman Hutchins, Rodney Bryant, Rance Allen, Hezekiah Walker, and Dorothy Norwood.
